Children gain considerable satisfaction from sharing their developing skills and expertise with other children and adults.

In this chapter, photographs show children calling out, talking animatedly, or whispering softly and intimately according to the situation they are in. We see children sharing the results of their creative efforts. As they explain their intentions and elaborate their designs, they practice the language they have been acquiring during their earlier investigations.
